Section 6- Courses with Q/A, Comments, and Case Uploads Within the Dental Practice Mastery, Inc. Online Course Portal. 

If there are case uploads, comments, and open Q/A within any course portal within the Dental Practice Mastery, Inc. courses then the terms shall be as follows. This is not for "case diagnosis" and does not confirm a treatment plan of any sort. All open Q/A is valid for 12 months but content does not expire. Beyond 12 months the course educator will answer questions at his/her discretion and their availability inside the program. Based on that, they may also elect not to answer any questions within the course portal as well. Note- If the course educator experiences any circumstances beyond their control that prevent them from engaging or answering questions in the course portal then they will not be held accountable to follow through on Q/A and engagement within the course portal or with members anywhere. There is a reasonable understanding that the wellness and ability of the educator can change which would prevent them from being present inside the course portal! In any case these circumstance would not validate or provide a reason to offer a refund to a course member as that member would still have access to all the course materials, content, and training within the Dental Practice Mastery, Inc. online course portal. 

In the event that a purchase is made using this website with Dental Practice Mastery, Inc. or Dr. Rinesh Ganatra then it is understood that refund requests will only be considered during the first 14 days after the purchase of a program or product is made. These requests must be made via an email to support@dentalpracticemastery.com. These are approved on a case by case basis as long as the purchasers have not logged into the course or program, not watched any of the videos and content, and not downloaded any of the materials inside the course. All this can be seen within our course platform and noted accordingly. We reserve the right to grant or withhold a refund based on these guidelines.
